Summary Synopsis: We are collaborating with Dr. Jennifer Hsiao and Dr. Maria Aleshin, dermatologists specializing in HS at the University of Southern California and Stanford University. Their team is conducting a survey to better understand how people with HS manage their flares. 

This anonymous survey should take about 5-10 minutes of your time and participation is completely voluntary. The individual results of the survey will not be shared with anyone outside the research team.
