Summary: One interview conducted via ZOOM online to be completed outside of work hours or at a convenient time. Estimated time commitment 45- 60 minutes. (A follow up interview may be requested).

• Must be age 21 or older. 

• Be currently under treatment for the medical diagnosis of HS.

• Able to speak, read and understand English.

• Must have access to computer technology that will support ZOOM.

• Have experienced the feeling of shame in relationship to HS.

• Express a desire to participate in the research process.
