  • 2 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


  1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, heat the olive oil and sesame oil until they shimmer.

  2. Add the broccoli, ginger, and salt. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli begins to brown.

  3. Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
