Kale & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 cups kale, stemmed, leaves chopped

2 bananas, peeled

1 -2 packets of sweetener such as Stevia

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup ice

 

Instructions:

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients blend until smooth.

 

Recipe makes 2 servings.

Per serving: calories 181, total fat 4g, total carbs 37g, sugars 15g, fiber 6g, protein 4g, sodium 210 mg
