Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Some fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water (to cover)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Approximately 2 minutes or to desired texture is reached.
