Savory Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tsp ginger

2 Tbs honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 pork tenderloins
Directions

Mix garlic, ginger, honey, and soy sauce together and pour into a large Ziploc bag.

Trim tenderloin(s) and place in a large Ziploc bag with marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours- making sure marinade evenly coats the pork.

After 2 hours, preheat the BBQ to medium high heat.

Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade.

Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning the outside. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145F.

Remove and let rest on tinfoil for 5 minutes

Slice and serve, drizzle any juice over medallions.
Notes: You can substitute soy sauce with coconut aminos if desired.
